Glenroe National Community School Reopens

Glenroe Community National School was opened on Monday November 22nd 2021 after the completion of a full refurbishment of the original two classroom building which was constructed in 1935. The works comprised a full thermal upgrade of the fabric of the building together with a full internal retrofit. The completion of these works provides the growing community of Glenroe and its environs with a much needed modern school building. The opening generated lots of excitement in the local community and even made an appearance on RTE ‘s Drivetime radio programme of 22.11.21 and also into the newspapers, see links below:
