This Primary Care Centre is a four storey building over semi-basement car park with a floor area of 7,364 sq.m. The building is located on an existing Healthcare Campus and the design is developed around a high quality landscaped quadrangle sitting over the basement carpark which unifies the existing buildings around a central amenity area for patients, staff and visitors to the building.

The design of the building is carefully considered to address concerns with massing and the elevations are carefully articulated to animate the facades. Quinn Architects lead a full Architectural Service and are acting as Design Team Leader, co-ordinating all Design Team inputs. Quinn Architects assisted with development of the Client Brief. Extensive consultations with both the G.P.s and the HSE as well as engagement with Statutory agencies to ensure successful implementation of the works.
