Quinn Architects has been appointed by Listowel Community Centre to lead the design for the redevelopment of part of the Centre. The development consists of demolition of part of the existing building and the construction of a larger replacement extension as well as internal reconfiguration of part of the existing building. The development will provide a range of different studio spaces to promote wellness and relaxation, enhanced by new changing room facilities. The development is particularly exciting in the context of the development of the Limerick-Kerry Greenway which runs adjacent to the site and our design incorporates a Juice Bar to provide refreshment to passers-by.
