Banagher Primary Care Centre is the fourth such Healthcare facility designed by Quinn Architects and is located on a steeply sloping site adjacent to Banagher Community College along the Birr Road. Smaller in size than our previous Centres in Tipperary, Carrigaline and Athy, the Banagher Primary Care Centre accommodates a local G.P Practice and a suite of HSE accommodation as well as a Pharmacy. Offaly County Council was keen to see the development connect into their existing and proposed pedestrian strategy and the works include an pedestrian route that promotes connectivity back into the Town centre. The building is arranged over two levels with a shared Waiting Area at the centre of the building. The development includes Age Action friendly features and a Changing Places facility. Heated entirely by heat pumps, Banagher Primary Care Centre achieves an A3 Building Energy rating.
