Following the design and delivery of a new state of the art Hospice in a substantial extensoin to the existing In-Patient Unit on the Milford Care Centre Campus, Quinn Architects oversaw the extensive refurbishment of the In-Patient Unit itself. The principle requirement was to convert the multi-occupancy rooms to create single person en-suite residential accommoodation in accordance with current HIQA best practice. The works included a comprehensive renovaton of the existing building, original designed by this practice and constructed in 1998.
