Extensive alterations, refurbishment and full fit-out to the former Unigolf Building for the American multi-national Becton Dickinson as an R&D centre for the development of medical devices. The works included structural alterations and a full high quality interior design led fit-out comprising laboratories, open plan and cellular offices, meeting rooms, break-out spaces, canteen and ancillary amenities. The works also included extensive external enhancements to improve the aesthetics of the building and to establish the presence of the company with the National Technology Park.
